TARDIX will be the group's international holding company, with its headquarters based in Le Havre. Designed as a passive holding company, it will oversee all global activities and represent the group's central control point.

Its role will be to ensure international management by coordinating future regional holdings such as TARDIX FR, TARDIX JP, or TARDIX IRL. It will operate with a specific financial structure orchestrated around the future global investment fund Tardix Flux.
