A realistic financial approach
Transparency is at the heart of our values. The overall investment goal of 200 million euros over 10 years remains our long-term vision. Nevertheless, we had to admit that we misjudged the current state of the market. Securing a centralized fundraising of this magnitude in today's macroeconomic context proved to be unsuitable.
Rather than stubbornly persisting, we activated our backup plans. Our new approach consists of trying everything: banks, crowdfunding platforms, insurance companies, business incubators, or even local flyer distribution. Not being afraid of looking ridiculous is often the best way to be effective.
The independence of our subsidiaries
In concrete terms, we are putting an end to the exclusive search for a massive centralized investment. From now on, we are aiming for targeted and individualized fundraising. Each subsidiary of the group will have the freedom to evolve and finance itself at its own pace, without suffering the pressure of perfect synchronization with the rest of the ecosystem.
The one million euro target for our immediate needs remains relevant. Above all, we can already count on trusted partners. Our modular organizational model gives us a real negotiating power, worthy of a large group, to move forward with peace of mind.
