After several months of silence, Tardix is back in the spotlight. Faced with a complex international economic context, we took the time to adapt our strategy to protect our long-term vision and guarantee the sustainability of our ecosystem.

A 15-year vision faced with reality
The founding vision of Tardix has always been conceived for the very long term. Thomas's project relies on an integrated ecosystem of services, designed to reinvent the user experience. On paper, Tardix France's strategy is already planned out for the next 15 years, with a model where each subsidiary interacts to support the whole.
However, the future depends on the present. The current international context, market evolution, and movements within our own teams have proven to us that we must demonstrate absolute agility so as not to compromise this ultimate goal.
The choice of strategic silence
The end of 2025 and early 2026 have been particularly intense. We had to reassess our options without rushing. Rather than communicating potentially contradictory snippets of information during this transitional phase, we deliberately chose silence.
This time of reflection allowed us to recalibrate the short and medium-term objectives of our subsidiaries, while preparing the ground for the complete overhaul of our digital tools.
A new leadership dynamic
The restructuring also affected our internal organization and our communication. From now on, Thomas is refocusing exclusively on what he masters best: global strategy, building complex projects, and orchestrating the architecture of Tardix behind the scenes.
Guillaume thus becomes the official public figure and the main spokesperson for the Tardix group. This clear division of roles guarantees better fluidity in our exchanges with our trusted partners and ensures optimal operational continuity.
